North Florida Safety Council is licensed by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to provide the DUI program for students convicted of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol or other drugs.

Students must register for the DUI program in the county where they live, work, or attend school, unless an exception has been granted.

You must have the following items to complete the registration process:

Be advised that you are pre-registering for the DUI program. We will contact you within 2 business days to schedule your appointment to complete the registration.

If DUI was received in another state you will need to contact that state for class requirements before enrolling.

The Level I DUI course is designed for individuals who have had one alcohol/and or drug related traffic offense , a DUI reduced to reckless driving or a refusal in their lifetime.

The Level II DUI course is designed for clients who have been arrested and or convicted or more than one alcohol, and/or drug related traffic offense in a lifetime, and/or have previously attended a DUI Level I Drug and Alcohol Education Course, and/or have been convicted of two or more times of an offense requiring DUI program attendance. This includes DUI reduced to reckless driving or a refusal.

Payment of fees is acknowledgement and agreement to the program rules and regulations. All fees paid to North Florida Safety Council, Inc. are non-refundable even if you are found not guilty of the DUI and your Administrative Suspension is invalidated.

If false or misleading information is given concerning previous substance related driving offense, convictions or previous attendance at a DUI program, North Florida Safety Council, reserves the right to charge the full Level II program fee in addition to any fees paid and the Level II DUI course will be required.

Please be advised that information regarding drug and alcohol patient records is protected by Federal Confidentiality Rules (42 CFR Part 2). The Federal rules prohibit North Florida Safety Council from making any further disclosure of this information unless further disclosure is expressly permitted by the written consent of the person to whom it pertains or as otherwise permitted by 42 CFR Part 2. A general authorization for the release of medical or other information is NOT sufficient for this purpose. The Federal rules restrict any use of the information to criminally investigate or prosecute any alcohol or drug abuse patient.

*If you need proof of enrollment, you will need to come by our office during business hours to pick up your enrollment forms, after you complete your registration.
